What do you do when you are witness to something so horrific that you’re left speechless?
What do you do when you’re privy to information that is undoubtably, a national disgrace. A national shame job?
What do you do when you’re privy to information that would cause national outrage if you exposed it?
What do you you if you’re told you’re not to tell anyone about anything you’ve seen or heard, and not given an adequate reason why?
What do you do, when national outrage could spur a knee-jerk reaction that could be catastrophic for Anangu people?
What do you do? Who do you speak to?
What do you do when you lie awake at night worrying about the safety of your family?
What do you do, when you know that there must be a ministerial level cover-up going on, for this to be allowed to happen in Australia in 2015?
Do you stay silent? Or do you shake the tree to see what falls out?
Or does no one actually care about what’s really happening up here?
I care. I care deeply.
Inaction is Complicity.
The standard that you walk past is the standard you accept.
